President
As an entrepreneur and business leader, Indresen has dedicated his career to business growth and environmental sustainability. For more than 25 years, he worked in managing director, executive, and CEO roles for public and private companies in the construction and mining sectors around the world. When he met Scott Melle and Al Tomson, principals of Morgan Mechanical, and discovered they were looking to sell their business, the stars aligned for Indresen to lead this successful, highly-reputable company into the future. Indresen was impressed with Morgan Mechanical’s high ethical standards, well-trained teams, great customer relationships, and proven ability to deliver specialty solutions. In addition to keeping Morgan Mechanical’s core team intact, Indresen will keep attracting the top talent in the industry while providing the very best training and resources to consistently deliver specialized services of the highest quality.

John Collum

Service Manager
John started his HVAC career in 1975, working is way up from the order department to become a product specialist at one of the industry’s developers of controls for commercial and residential products.
