HVAC Scope: Complete Mechanical HVAC and Controls (building automation)

New 15,000- sq. ft. community centre with spaces for weddings, business rentals, and other events; community kitchen, teen room, and other gathering places. The centre will also serve as a community emergency shelter.

Includes a high-school-sized multi-purpose gym for sports and fitness programs. The project is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) candidate project.
