John Collum

Service Manager

John started his HVAC career in 1975, working his way up from the order department to become a product specialist at one of the industry’s developers of controls for commercial and residential products. In 1986, he moved to Seattle and into the wholesale side of the business. In the mid-1990s, John switched to the HVAC servicing trade and has been here since joining Morgan Mechanical in 2013.

As service manager, John prepares proposals for significant project bids, sets up and dispatches all service calls, and schedules preventative maintenance inspections. He has seen every type of HVAC challenge, problem, and solution during his career, so he mentors the service team and reviews technician report to ensure accuracy.
