Following a competitive bid process, we’re proud to partner with the 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗮 on a project that will modernize critical building systems while supporting Washington State’s move toward lower-carbon, more energy-efficient buildings.

We’re currently in preconstruction and preparing for an official project kickoff with the City of Tacoma team and our long-term subcontractor partners.

The project includes:
• Heat recovery chillers
• Electric boilers
• Piping and valve repairs
• New DDC controls

Beyond the mechanical scope, the Police HQ is a distinctive building with historical artifacts and public art installations. Our team will be working carefully within that environment while delivering reliable, efficient HVAC systems designed to serve the building for years to come.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁. With projects already in the permitting phase and others moving into construction, Morgan Mechanical is continuing to build deep experience in the design coordination, preconstruction, project management, controls, and field execution required for complex decarbonization work.

We’re also committed to supporting the City of Tacoma’s community goals, including opportunities for local employment and apprenticeship development throughout the project.
