For more than 25 years, he worked in managing director, executive, and CEO roles for public and private companies in the construction and mining sectors around the world. Upon his arrival in the Pacific Northwest, he looked for opportunities in the HVAC and/or MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) arenas due to the crucial role these systems play in a building’s environmental footprint.
Al loves the fresh, clean air and water in the Pacific Northwest and has dedicated his career to energy conservation. His “green thumb for HVAC includes an undying passion for environmental responsibility and deep expertise in energy-efficient installations and retrofits.

John started his HVAC career in 1975, working his way up from the order department to become a product specialist at one of the industry’s developers of controls for commercial and residential products. In 1986, he moved to Seattle and into the wholesale side of the business. In the mid-1990s, John switched to the HVAC servicing trade and has been here since joining Morgan Mechanical in 2013.
As service manager, John prepares proposals for significant project bids, sets up and dispatches all service calls, and schedules preventative maintenance inspections. He has seen every type of HVAC challenge, problem, and solution during his career, so he mentors the service team and reviews technician report to ensure accuracy.
John joined Morgan Mechanical in 2009 and has been working in the industry since 1978. To ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, he assembles and manages the right teams, tools, and materials to complete each project on time and within budget. He loves building trusted relationships with clients and being the go-to person to solve problems.
He integrates Morgan’s HVAC schedules with other trade service providers to keep big projects on track. John enjoys the family atmosphere Morgan Mechanical provides and is always on the quest to expand his education and skill set — AutoCAD training is next on his professional to-do list.
