Originally envisioned as a mixed-use apartment and hotel development, the project evolved into a dedicated long-stay hotel to meet growing demand for extended-stay accommodations in the city. Operated under the Marriott Bonvoy brand, the property combines modern design with sustainable features tailored for comfort and convenience. In time for the FIFA Soccer World Cup 2026, where Seattle is a host city.
