Project: Comprehensive HVAC Solutions and Improved Maintenance

Initial Challenge: We were called along with three other contractors, to assess an old R-22
unit that was not providing cooling for a tenant. While the other contractors recommended
equipment replacement as the only solution, our technicians identified the failed
components and successfully restored the cooling and heating operations before leaving.
This provided immediate relief for the tenant while allowing time to develop long-term
solutions.

Inspection Findings: Following a maintenance visit by the client’s contractor, we inspected
all the equipment on-site. We discovered:

• Equipment in dire need of quality maintenance.
• A unit with a breached heat exchanger, posing a risk of carbon monoxide poisoning to
  the occupants.

Our Actions: We have since completed the necessary repairs and conducted several
maintenance visits. Although the tenants are now paying more for maintenance, they are
receiving proper care, resulting in:

• More reliable equipment
• Improved comfort in their environments

Client Feedback: Our new customer is extremely satisfied with the improved
communication and is eager to proceed with a complete replacement of their building
control system
